Looking for some help with a WEBTOFFE invoice plugin that

Webtoffee plugin allows me to send an invoice to the customer with a PAY NOW link attached which brings the customer back to the store to check out; however, once they get back to the store the credit card won’t run or be charged…. Just refreshes….. anyone know why this may happen???
