For Google Drive, I recommend using the sharing link because it’s meant to be shared and is permanent. The links that start with “lh3” are ephemeral, a temporary address that can change at any time.

But in your case, accessing the image URL, it’s returning a 403 error, forbidden. This may indicate that the image is still there but has now become private. If the image is yours, try making the image public. It’s the only way. FIFU (or any other software) can’t bypass this kind of protection.
