Mailchimp form not submitting | WordPress.org

Hello,

  • Which version of MailChimp for WordPress you’re on: Version 4.9.13
  • WordPress 6.5.2
  • PHP Version 8.2.18

I have created a form on MC4WP > Forms.

When i submit the form on frontend, it gives me the error:
Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.

What could be the issue here? and how can i fix this?
