MailGun alternative?

I’m managing a dog rescue charities website with WordPress, WP Forms and WP SMTP – and sending our emails via MailGun’s free Flex package for the last few years.

We’re getting reports that emails aren’t arriving, and my DMARC provider is telling me that MailGun is showing up on some IP blacklists.

I’d like to add an alternative, maybe even fully switch to someone else – but being a charity running on little to no budget, “free” is the operative word for anything they use.

Any suggestions on a reliable alternative to WordPress that has some low volume (500/mo max emails) free package?
