Ich nutze zum E-Mail Versand MailPoet. Die allererste E-Mail, die ich an mich und eine Freundin versendete, wurde laut Statistik zu 100 % geöffnet. Alle darauffolgenden E-Mails, die ich an meine Newsletter-Abonnenten schickte, wurden zu 0 % geöffnet. Ich weiß jedoch, dass sie ankommen, da ich sie zum einen selbst erhalte und zum anderen auch gelegentlich E-Mail Rückmeldungen von Newsletter-Abonnenten dazu bekomme. Das Einzige, was ich nach dieser ersten E-Mail verändert hatte war, dass ich neben der fest installierten Möglichkeit, sich zum Newsletter einzutragen, auch ein Popup-Fenster dazu hatte, wo man sich zum Newsletter eintragen konnte. Dies habe ich nun deaktiviert und sogar in den Papierkorb verfrachtet, da ich dachte, dass es vielleicht daran liegt. Ich habe es auch mit einem neu angelegten Newsletter versucht, habe mich hierzu eingetragen und die E-Mail auch erhalten. Auch bei dem komplett neu angelegten Newsletter ist die Öffnungsrate 0 %.

Ich habe den DKIM und SPF Test gemacht, der in Ordnung ist sowie auf der Seite https://www.mail-tester.com/test-cyr0he4cl eine Test-Email versendet. Hier war das Ergebnis 9,8 von 10 und ich bekam die Meldung dass die E-Mail optimal aufgebaut ist und sicher.
