Hello,
I have got a problem with my MailPoet plugin.
I signed up for a free account a few days ago.
When I check the settings of the key activation it is states:
v Your key is valid
v The MailPoet shipping service is active
I’ve also already made a list with subscribers and a first newsletter to test everything. However, when I save the design of my newsletter and continue to the send process, the send button is not active. Below the button is the text:
“You will be able to send emails soon once our team has reviewed your account. In the meantime, you can send samples to your authorized addresses.”
I have already validated the key activation several times. Please help me !
