Hello,
in most cases there is no need to disable caching, especially because of ad codes – they are usually javascript code which loads the actual ads. And you can’t disable caching for blocks, you can only disable it for the page where the block is inserted. Disabling caching for the page works by defining PHP constant – I’m not aware of any such constant for WP Fastest Cache.
Anyway, Ad Inserter works fine with caching including dynamic content and WP Fastest Cache, you only need to configure Ad Inserter propery (by setting Dynamic blocks to Client-side insert):
