I’m a premium member and I sent in a help ticket 2 days ago and haven’t received any response yet. I went to our account page and all of our sites (30+) are no longer showing up to be scanned nightly for malware. They all just disappeared. Can someone provide some insight for me? Do I need to reenter all them them again? Or is this a blip and it will be resolved?
