Actually, the JS library used in the media grid widget requires the HTML markup to be visible on page load which doesn’t happen with elements like tabs, popups, accordions, etc.
Our tabs widget is compatible to be used with the media grid. You can check it from here.
Please note that our tabs widget is included in the paid version of the plugin. Since, we are not allowed to provide any assistance to the paid version of our plugin on WordPress forums, you can contact us on our system from here.
