I restored media folders and files from old backup but they not showing in media dashboard. Folder permission is 755 files are 644. But they differ in prefix. Will that be the issue ?
The media has to be uploaded through WordPress in order for it to show up in the media dashboard, simply uploading files through ftp won’t work but you can use a plugin like [Media Sync]) to import the files to WordPress.
