Member profiles disapeared on WP with Ultimate Member plug un

I’m having an issue with my WordPress site where all member profiles have disappeared from the dashboard, even though they are approved. The number of approved members shows correctly, but nothing appears in the list. I've had to recreate the profiles manually.

I'm using the Ultimate Member plugin. Has anyone faced this issue? Any suggestions to prevent this from happening again or to recover the lost data?
