Metaslider stops working and saving

Hey Support,

I need help with this one, I’ve disabled all the plug-ins and rollback the version. The slider is still not working. I’ve switched themes as well and unfortunately it’s not available too. This is a pro version, we are losing customers and we need help. Thanks
