I’m building a site and trying to get the contact form working.
The hosting company provides email services, but we’ve decided to use Microsoft Exchange instead, so I changed the DNS to point emails to the correct place.
The problem is, the contact form does not currently work, as I suspect its trying to use the hosting service for mail. I have installed forminator along with WP Mail SMTP.
When I try the smtp settings for microsoft 365 it returns 404. I’m thinking it’s the authentication details, but it does not seem to accept the login details I have.
