We retrieve content from the source site by sending requests to its URL and then migrate it to the destination site.
If the server is already pointed to the new DNS, we will pull the content from the new server and migrate it to the same URL. This is likely why you aren’t seeing any changes post-migration.
We recommend pointing the site back to the old server and initiating the migration using the FTP method.
When entering the FTP credentials, please include the new server IP under Advanced Options > Server IP. This will ensure our system identifies the new server as the destination and successfully migrates the content from the old server.
