I am having a problem where Mailpoet disappears from the dashboard and the following error message is displayed.

ADD INDEX first_name (first_name(10))’:
SQLSTATE[22007]: Invalid datetime format: 1292 Incorrect datetime value: ‘0000-00-00 00:00:00’ for column ‘confirmed_at’ at row 13
I rolled back to the last working version which is 4.15.0.
all later versions produce the indicated error, even the latest version 4.18.1
