It’s similar problem to this one maybe?
Yes, that is the reason you’re observing that issue. Your checkout page is duplicating the checkout form HTML and hiding/showing based on the user’s screen dimensions.
What’s happening is the plugin is mounting the card form to the first instance of the #wc-stripe-card-element element that it finds, which is the HTML that’s visible on larger devices. The duplicate instance of the #wc-stripe-card-element does not have the card form mounted and so that’s why you don’t see it on mobile devices.
My recommendation would be to adjust your checkout page to ensure there are no HTML duplicates. I can see all of the WooCommerce billing and shipping fields are duplicated which can cause unexpected behavior for WooCommerce and other plugins.
