Multi-layer Parallax for free & elementor compatible?

I work on projects with budgets, but I'm helping a close friend launch an animal conservation nonprofit and his site is built with Elementor's free version. While budgets are being developed once funding comes in, right now we're limited on purchases right now. And I don't want to donate a purchase.

I'd like to create a landing page container with a multilayer parallax graphic. I have searched online and asked ChatGPT and Gemini for a solution, but nothing is free for multiple layers. I've been looking at plugins, but I'm open to other methods. I feel like there's a non-plugin method that's obvious that I've forgotten.

For clarity, I want a photo covering the width of the page with 3 transparent png graphics floating on top in parallax.

And yes I know some say parallax is getting stale, but I have restraint and believe I can use it to create a tasteful and impactful page that will help garner funding to save animal lives. If you hate parallax and have deep pockets, let's chat. 😉
