  1. What are you talking about? A plugin? Typically plugins will continue to work after the subscription expires – you just won’t receive updates or support.

  2. WordPress is an open source platform, as are its plugins. If you’re talking about a premium plugin, its code probably won’t stop working. What might stop working are services external to your site, such as updates, support, or things that require external servers. I’m sure your redirects won’t stop working, but be careful not to keep outdated plugins on your site for too long, as they could be security vulnerabilities.

  3. Check your .htaccess file for your website, a lot of plugins don’t clean up after uninstall.

  4. # Why Redirects Might Still Be Active

    1. **Caching**: Sometimes, old redirects are cached by your browser or by WordPress itself. This can make it seem like the redirects are still active even after the subscription ends.
    2. **DNS Propagation**: If changes were recently made, it might take some time for DNS changes to propagate fully.
    3. **Plugin or Theme Caching**: Some WordPress plugins or themes might cache redirects, causing them to persist longer than expected.
    4. **Subscription Grace Period**: Some services provide a grace period after a subscription expires, during which the service continues to function temporarily.
