Hi there!
I have two different domains with the same content written in two different languages. I´m looking for a simple plugin to add the rel=”alternate” code on a post level.
<link rel=”alternate” hreflang=”de” href=”https://ahrefs.com/blog/de/kostenlose-keyword-recherche-tools/” />
I´ve been searching but I can´t find anything. Do someone know any plugin that does that?
