I personally did not test it with WPML just yet. I think WPML is software on license-only right? Anyway, I do not have any experience with WPML and Name Directory.
What I think you might do is create multiple directories and include them on the right language-based page.
So you’ll be getting a Dutch directory, a French one and an English one for example.
When you translate your pages, you can choose to put the shortcode for the Dutch Name Directory on your Dutch page in WPML and so on..
