Multisite (WPMU) Plugin Help

I enable Multisite (WPMU) plugin on my website with sub directory.

When I do post on example. com, the post link structure – example. com/blog/how-to-use-reddit.

But I want the link structure like example .com/ how-to-use-reddit.

Im happy with the link structure on subsites (sub directory).

How can I do this with using WPMU same time?
