My contact form constantly gets spam despite having re-Captcha enabled, anything better out there?

Hi everyone, I am a complete beginner on wordpress and just have a simple website up for my podcast of 7 years where listeners can submit questions to be read on the show. The problem is, I get so much spam in all kinds of languages that it clogs up my email inbox. I’ve tried the different captcha options on WordPress but don’t know what else is out there.

Free or paid – whichever works, is what I’m looking for.

Or maybe there’s something else I can do? Maybe I need to hire someone?
