My copyright is in the same spot on two different pages, how can I have it be in different spots on different pages?

[ad_1]

Let me try to explain this… I have a website where I have two different pages. When I clicked customize on one page and then put the copyright at the bottom in a certain position, that’s fine. But then I go to ANOTHER page and then click customize, change it’s position… and now the copyright moved on the page before to the spot where it is on the second page. I know it’s the same website, but I don’t understand why it is the same on all these pages… I’m quite new to wp so I don’t know if there is just a button I’m not clicking, or what. I just need help.

  1. If the copyright is a part of your footer then you cannot ordinarily customize that on a per-page basis. Regardless of which page you launch the customizer from, you are customizing for all pages.

There are other ways to customize the footer per page depending on the theme and plugins you’re using.

  2. If you switch to a newer theme that supports the site editor (twenty twenty three for example) you can use the site editor to create a custom page template for a specific page and move the footer content around there
