Hello Paul, as of yesterday my IP address is being logged incorrectly by Shield and I’ve been locked out because of it. I have no idea why this has occurred and do not know how to best proceed to fix.

There is concensus with the other IP address lookup sites, but not with the Shield IP lookup. I am not using a VPN. Please can you assist?
