Everytime I download a large file from WP Dashboard (a backup – 500MB for example), I notice that the website stop working, both frontend and backend, until the download progress is finished. Is it a normal thing? I tested this kind of task on several top hosting like Digital Ocean, WP Engine, StableHost… all of them have the same issue.
