Everything seems to be updated and running proparly.
But my website is very slow, even with al my plugins turned off.

Poor hosting & php limits
There are so many factors that contribute to a slow site including (but not limited to) the web hosting provider. I would suggest using a 3rd party page speed tester to have a better breakdown analysis.
Start by running the site through [this]), make changes as directed.
Changing the hosting provider would be a good start.
Other than that there are various other factors from theme to plugins and more.
