Could you please enable log in WordPress Dashboard menu > SendFox, then try to connect your API key again, then press Reload list and then share the log contents with me here (from under the “Logs” tab).
This would help me a lot.

Thanks to you, problem solved!
Just removing my API token and entering it again changed my status to Connected. Silly me!
