Nav bar: Parent in drop down menu not clickable

[ad_1]

In the header of my site I have a link to a page called “Resources” which acts as a home page for a bunch of different resources. I have the link to that page in my header, and I also wanted to add a dropdown from that link which shows the subpages of that page. I was able to do that, but in adding the dropdown I can no longer click the “Resources” link to get to the Resources page.

I’ve done some googling to see how I would change this but most advice is either very old or specific to certain plugins. Anyone know how I would fix this?

  1. Found the answer for the Divi theme: Go to Divi theme options > Navigation > General Settings > Disable top tier dropdown menu links.
