Hey, I have a client he came from Facebook. He is telling me that he can only pay through check and I need to have a representative in USA who can receive the check. He has not given me any detailed info about the website and not coming on zoom meeting either. He gave me his WA number. Can this be any kind of scam? cuz I am getting a bad vibe about it like it doesnt seem right. He just wants me to give the Name, address and Phone number of the representative. Can anyone guide me about it?

This is a known scam, just ignore and block
Unless you have 50% in-hand, cleared with the bank, in a way that won’t chargeback, start zero work.
