Hello everyone,
I’m currently developing a real estate website using WordPress and have implemented two types of forms: Web Forms (using WPForms) and Profile Users (using Profile Builder). While I’ve successfully configured these to capture email addresses, I’m struggling to collect phone numbers from leads who use the ‘User and Subscriber’ option.
Can anyone guide me on how to modify these forms to include a mandatory phone number field? Additionally, if there are any best practices or plugins that could enhance the data collection process, I’d greatly appreciate your insights.

What is the “user and subscriber” option?
You should just be able to edit the form, click “Fields”, and drag + drop a text/phone field into the form.
