Need help converting Bedrock WP to Vanilla WP

So, I’ve inherited two websites hosted in DO same droplet. One is Bedrock and the other is Vanilla. I have no contact with previous dev and I’m not very familiar with Bedrock, so I’m having issues trying to convert the bedrock WP to Vanilla while keeping the domain name.

So far I made a new WordPress installation in the same server with a new database, I imported the database from the bedrock WP and copied the /app files into /wp-content in the new installation. I also found the apache2/sites-available and sites-enabled directory where the .conf files of the domains are. Then I changed the directory from www/bedrock/web to www/vanilla in the DocumentRoot and the <Directory> of the .conf file trying to point the domain name to the new Vanilla WP directory, but I think I’m missing something. Or I’m doing it wrong.

I’m new to managing multiple domains in the same server, so if someone could help me understand how this works I would appreciate it! Or if you know how to convert bedrock WP to Vanilla in a different way, I’m open to try it! Thanks
