I am trying to create a service where I vet private investment opportunities to physician investors quarterly. It will be an annual subscription that they pay. I want them to have access to a membership space where they can talk to each other. I also want the site to have a spot where paid members can only view the drops when I release them. Anyone have any recommendations on how they would go about setting this up? I have heard good things about word press, but I am trying to get an idea of what plugins and stuff I would need to use. Trying to keep this under $1000 to start and see if it gets any traction.

To build this type of membership website, you will need two plugins: BuddyPress and Paid Membership Pro. However, this is a complex project. If you are a beginner, it will be very challenging to complete. I have done a few projects like this and understand how complex it can be.
