I’m trying to change the header on my website but can’t find how to reach it on my wordpress backoffice. When I try and edit the Home page using visual composer it doesn’t let me edit the text or do anything to the header. What do I need to do?

All I want to do is change the text where it says 18h58 to 15h58.

Also, for some reason the tags only show episodes from the last month, how can I change them to show all the episodes that share the same tag?
