I am working on a website for a company that purchases and resells equipment. They keep an excel spreadsheet of items that they want to purchase from customers. Currently the customers download the excel link to view the list there, but they want to change it so that the list appears in a table format on their website. They also want a column at the end of the table that the customers can type how many of the item they wish to sell and have it go into a database, so that they can give them a quote from what they selected.
They currently have Gravity Forms installed, but it does not seem to be able to do what they are requesting. I essentially need a table with about 5 columns:

The last column ‘AMOUNT’ should have fields that the customer can type in the amount they wish to sell. There is about 300 rows worth of items. The problem I’m having with form builders is I can’t find a good way to enter the static text in each row that would align with the amount they select.
If I can import the excel sheet somehow, it would be ideal, but if we need to manually add the information for each row, we can do that too.
Any advice for specific plugins, or maybe a different way to do this would be very helpful.
