Need Malware Removal Help

I have a domain with Hostgator with three (3) add-on domains on it, all running WordPress.

Recently all 3 of my sites have been infected by malware and it got so bad that I even lost backpanel access.

I’m completely oblivious to website security and all Hostgator keeps telling me is to contact their affiliate company SiteLock but I was wondering if there’s any other options you guys recommend or if someone here is up for the job!
