Need someone to diagnose and maybe fix my page.

Hello!

First of all I need to say that I’m no expert. I manage by watching tutorials and trial and error.

we are working on a e-commerce with woodmart and woocommerce, the backend is extremely slow, to the point that accessing the products tab takes about 14 seconds. Deleting a product takes the same amount of time and sometimes it loads forever until refreshing the page.

The front-end works fine, problems appear with every interaction with the back and the DB.

I have upgraded my cloud host resources, now it has 8cores and 8 ram (before it has 4 and 4), but the issues persist.
I have a cache plug in working. I really don’t know what else to try.

I need a professional on this matter to take a look, came with a diagnosis and maybe fix it or at least guide me.
I’m willing to pay for the service if the results are guaranteed.
