Need to change website name on cloned website

Hi,

I just uploaded our old website to a new domain name, and everything works smoothly. The only problem is the old name. On every page, the old name is mentioned 4 to 5 times and if I try to change it one at a time it's going to take a lot of time so I was wondering if there is any quicker way to replace the old name with the new one?
