Can only Points expiration for inactivity receive email notification?
I don’t see the option to set email notifications for Transactional Points expiration
For example, I want to give customers 50 registration points, which will expire in one year. I will automatically notify the customer by email 3 months before expiration.
If I choose Transactional Points expiration, won’t the customer be notified via email before expiration that his points are about to expire? Then the customer may have forgotten to use them.

However, the features you mention concern the pro version, so you’ll need to make your support requests via our ticket system (in which you’re already registered with an existing support history).
