Need to show Facebook and Instagram accounts without being logged in

I created a social media module for my client. When the Instagram icon is clicked the account states “sorry, this page isn’t available” because the instagram account is not logged in.

Is there a way from the Instagram and Facebook preferences to allow these accounts to be viewed if the viewer is not logged into their social media accounts?
