Network Solutions insistent they increased PHP resources, however dashboard & theme alerts continue

[ad_1]

Moved a site we developed at Flywheel to Network Solutions only to have the Load More in the Portfolio stop working. Saw that the php resources were not set high enough. It’s been like pulling teeth to get them to up them – they SAY they have but what they did was load a plugin and set the values higher in the plugin. Then they sent me this: [**https://byrdwaters.com/myphpinfo.php**])
Yet, I still get Alerts in the dashboard (within the Themes Settings) that there are not enough resources. And in the WordPress debug it also says the values have not been changed. We continue to not see the Load More functionality. Worked fine at Flywheel and on 2 local install tests. I’m at wits end and so is the client. Any thoughts? I reached out to the theme developer but they’re looking at the dashboard and saying its the hosting problem.
Thanks for any suggestion.

  1. Move hosts. Network Solutions died at the end of the dotcom boom – god knows who’s running them now. Hosts are a dime a dozen these days – there’s no reason to stick with one if they aren’t performing – and moving a site is simple. Look at reputable companies like Namecheap, Site Ground, Linode and Vultr.
