Can’t figure out what’s going on….
But I updated a link, and it works correctly on my computer where it was changed. But it doesn’t work on any other computer or any mobile device
I went to another computer, and the link is correct! But I clicked “publish” again and it worked on THAT second computer, but it still won’t work on any other computer……
Any suggestion?? I’ve tried force restarting the browser (control + F5), then I tried clearing the cache and both didn’t help.

Sounds like a cache issue. Flush your browser cache, and flush the cache in any plugins running on your site.
That’s a caching issue on the server end, not your browser. Your host could be in charge of caching, so check with them first. Or you can use a plugin to work with the cache. There are several available, some not as good as others. I happen to like WP Optimize by the makers of UpDraft Plus.
