New theme, new site, what to go for?

Ok, so after ascertaining the main issues I’ve faced are down to my theme. So, I’ll be looking to implement a new and less buggy theme.

Basic needs:
WooCommerce
Good mobile e-commerce experience/functions
Good filter
Image and product sliders that do not absolutely merk performance and load times.
Maybe some editability of the product page layouts
Essential: really solid reliable theme.
Wanting to add as little external or 3rd party plugins as possible.

I hear about these a lot:
Astra
Ocean WP
Generate press.

With the basic specs I require, which would you recommend. My design is minimal and lean.
