Hey guys, I am helping a non-profit with their existing website built in WordPress.
It has a problem I cannot understand, even know how to google. The admin creates a post and adds a featured image (everything works fine), when I try to share this post on Facebook for example, it doesn’t show as a preview image the image of the post but the logo of the website, any idea how to fix this? Someone can send me a step-by-step guide. It’s my first time using WordPress.

The word / phrase you want to google is OG image.
Most themes automatically set the featured image as the OG image but if for whatever reason yours doesn’t, and you don’t want to dig into why, you could install an OG image plugin which will let you pick which image gets used.
You can install an SEO plugin which will set the Open Graph tags for the post.
