Can anyone help me out here?
I have a google domain, and a business gmail [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). I was running a front-end website using my back-end booking software. Everything worked.
Then I went live with my new wordpress website.
We just found out that we have not been receiving emails to our company gmail for the last several days… the timeline seems to suggest that the gmail stopped receiving emails when the new website went live.
If you send us an email, the bounce-back message you get is “No Such User Here”
It also seems that we cannot send emails from the business email to other gmail accounts. Neither my wife or my personal gmail receives emails sent from the business account. However, other accounts with hotmail or outlook domains seem to receive emails just fine.
Emails sent to other gmail accounts show in sent mail, but the receiving address never gets the message.
What the heck is going on..?
