Hello, sorry in advance if this is not the correct place for this kind of post. I recently hired a company from oversees to create me a website using WordPress and I am trying to give a friend access to be able to help set the SEO and integrate some stuff for google ads. The problem I am having is that there is no way for me to access the backend of the website. Whenever I contact the company they about having access they just tell me that I need to send them what I want done but will not provide access. Is there a way to gain access without having to completely delete the installation as well as the file directory and starting with a fresh new install of WordPress?
