After trying yesterday for hours how to solve the problem, I finally found the reason. Maybe it might help someone else: The tags in “formular” were not the same tags as in “email”. One example:
In “Formular” it says: [text* text-738 placeholder “Name”]
In “Email” it says by default: “Name: [your-name].
So I had to adjust the tag in “Email”: “Name: [text-738]”.
