I purchased a webinar and was given the password for the VideoPress video but then when I click the link provided for the webinar there is no place to enter the password. I just get this black screen and notice that I screen shot below. I am at a loss and so is the content provider. Does anyone have any ideas about what’s going on?
\- I’ve cleared my cache; tried a different browser; tried doing it on my phone

It looks like you’re trying to access a page that is meant to be viewed when you’re logged in. You should go to main URL, log in, then try and access this page again.
