No notifications are sent when confirming reservation with the package add-on

I have purchased the add-on to be able to create packages with my services, but it fails to send emails. When a user purchases a package, if they receive a confirmation email, but once they have purchased the package, and select the date and time for the service, the email with the service information does not arrive (and I need it to arrive). However, if the user only purchases a service, or I manage the date and time of the service in a package from the WordPress panel, the confirmation email arrives. So I don’t know if there is some configuration that I need to do, or that the email sending cannot occur directly (in the record that Bookly has it does not appear that it has been sent either).
