Hi, I am interested in purchasing the premium version of the plugin, but am holding off from doing so because I haven’t received a support response from your website in 2 days. The paid version looks really easy to use, but would like to know if there is a refund if it turns out to be more difficult/complicated. Hope to hear back from someone soon – Ari
