Thank you for using Filter Everything plugin.
It looks like something happened on your server and CSS and JS files disappeared or maybe they have permissions that do not allow them to be opened or maybe your hosting disk if full. As option try please to re-upload plugin directory via FTP, check free space status on your hosting or also check file permissions in your /wp-content/plugins folder, they should be 775. Something of these should help you.
But please, create DB and files backup before any manipulations.

I have resolved the main problem. In my functions.php, there still be a filter which desactivate css and js
Now it’s good.
But another problem still present : with ajax, my lazy load image doesn’t appears after select a filter.
the img tag is empty, but only data-img remain
